4. Product Usage & Disclaimer

Our products, including KOSO+ Alkaline Water Maker and Qwik Water Softener, must be installed, operated, maintained, and used strictly in accordance with the instructions, manuals, specifications, and safety information provided with the product.

This may include following applicable requirements relating to:

• Recommended soaking or usage times

• Salt-water maintenance for Qwik Water Softener

• Recommended temperature limits

• Filter and cartridge replacement

• Cleaning and maintenance

• Installation and operating instructions

You are responsible for using the products correctly and for following all provided safety and maintenance instructions.

We are not responsible for damage, malfunction, reduced performance, or other issues resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, neglect, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the specified operating conditions.

5. Health, Hygiene & Product Safety

Products intended for water treatment, hydration, or bathing hygiene must be used only for their intended purpose.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety recommendations.

Water cartridges, filters, and other hygiene-sensitive components should not be opened, submerged, installed, or used contrary to the applicable product instructions.

6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Our current return policy provides a 7-day return window, subject to the applicable eligibility conditions. Hygiene-sensitive cartridges and filters that have been unsealed, submerged in water, installed, or used are not eligible for return.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the requested photographs, order information, and supporting evidence.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval, subject to the applicable payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other logistical circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may be required to coordinate with the applicable delivery partner where necessary.

8. Payments

Customers agree to provide valid and accurate payment and billing information when placing an order.

Orders may be cancelled or withheld where payment cannot be successfully verified or where fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is reasonably suspected.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be required to provide accurate information necessary for delivery and, where applicable, refund processing.

All applicable taxes will be charged as reflected on the invoice issued for the relevant purchase.
