Qwik uses a dual-cartridge filtration system designed to address common problems associated with hard and chlorinated bath water.
1) The Hard Water Cartridge uses ion exchange technology to help reduce hardness-causing minerals such as Calcium (Ca²⁺) and Magnesium (Mg²⁺). These minerals can contribute to water hardness, dryness, roughness, scaling, and reduced soap effectiveness.
2) The Chlorine Cartridge uses high-grade carbon media to help reduce chlorine and other unwanted substances from the water. This helps create a gentler bathing experience for your skin and hair.

Cartridge life depends on water quality and daily usage. As a general guideline, for a family of 4, the KOSO+ cartridge may need to be replaced approximately every 6 months. For Qwik, a single user using it daily may also replace the cartridge approximately every 6 months.
For the best performance, we recommend following the product-specific replacement guidelines and replacing the cartridge when required.
KOSO+ is designed to continuously prepare alkaline, mineral-rich water with a simple and easy-to-follow routine.
1. Choose the Right Container
KOSO+ is approximately 11 inches tall, so use a container or matka that is larger than 11 inches and allows the KOSO+ cartridge to remain inside comfortably.
2. Keep KOSO+ Inside the Container
Once placed in the container, keep the KOSO+ cartridge immersed in the water. Remove it only when you take it out for the recommended weekly cleaning.
3. Allow the Water to Prepare
After filling the container, allow the water to remain with KOSO+ for approximately 2–3 hours.
4. Transfer the Water for Use
After 2–3 hours, take the prepared water out of the container and transfer it into bottles, jars, or other drinking-water containers for everyday use.
5. Refill & Repeat
Simply refill the same container while keeping KOSO+ inside. Continue this cycle throughout the day to maintain a regular supply of alkaline water.
Fill → Wait 2–3 Hours → Transfer → Refill → Repeat
This simple routine helps you maintain a continuous supply of KOSO+ water for everyday use.
Yes, all our hardware systems come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
We recommend that you carefully review the product details, manuals, and product videos before placing your order to make sure you are purchasing the right product for your requirements.
Once the product has been used, or the cartridge has been installed/used, we do not offer refunds or returns due to hygiene and product-safety considerations.
However, if you receive the wrong product or the package is found to be damaged during transit, we may offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
