We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products directly affect personal health, hydration, and bathing hygiene, including products such as KOSO+ Alkaline Water Maker and Qwik Water Softener, we maintain strict quality control and safety standards.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • All security seals, cartridges, manuals, accessories, and other original components must be intact.
  • Hygiene Exclusion: Water cartridges, filters, and other consumable or hygiene-sensitive components that have been unsealed, submerged in water, installed, or used cannot be returned due to health and safety considerations.
  • Products that show signs of installation, misuse, physical damage, or alteration may not qualify for a return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the package and product
  • Photographs of the shipping label
  • A clear unboxing video, wherever available
  • Your order number and relevant purchase details

After verification, eligible damaged or incorrect products will be replaced at no additional product or shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

For approved refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the applicable refund may be processed through bank transfer, subject to the customer providing accurate bank details.
  • Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product attributable to us.

Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

GST & Invoicing

All applicable taxes will be charged as reflected on the invoice issued for your purchase. A valid GST invoice will be provided where applicable.
